This premium residential community features 200 units across 7 stories, providing independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Residents enjoy high-end amenities such as a vibrant pub, a movie theater, outdoor dining spaces, and an engaging game room.

Our scope spanned from the core infrastructure and utility spaces to the specialized technology required for high-traffic resident amenities. Our detailed designs ensure high-performance connectivity and a seamless user experience throughout the entire property.
From initial technology planning to the full infrastructure rollout, we engineered a community environment built for peak operational performance and resident security. We delivered a scalable structured cabling system to provide flawless voice, data, and Wi-Fi connectivity across all private apartments and social hubs. Additionally, we integrated a comprehensive safety and security suite featuring strategic CCTV coverage and smart access controls to protect residents, staff, and visitors alike.

Technology Design
We drafted detailed drawings and specifications for cabling pathways, equipment rooms, and precise power and HVAC requirements. Our designs adhered to globally recognized ANSI, TIA/EIA, and BICSI standards. This established a reliable foundation for all care tracking, security, television, and wireless systems throughout the community.
Cabling System
We implemented a robust backbone of copper and fiber optic cabling to support sophisticated caregiving and operational needs. This system powers critical voice and data applications, including the Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform and community administration terminals. It also delivers reliable, property-wide wireless access to keep residents seamlessly connected with loved ones and support staff.
Safety & Resident Security
We integrated comprehensive CCTV, secure wander-management access controls, and emergency call (e-call) systems at strategic points. We provided full hardware specifications and elevations for high-definition cameras, central monitoring stations, and digital video recorders (DVRs). This layout ensures continuous protection and rapid response capabilities across all public areas and residential corridors.
Construction Administration
We verified that the contractor’s workmanship aligned with our documented requirements. We also responded to all technical RFIs to ensure the original design intent was fully realized. Ultimately, this helped deliver a highly collaborative facility prepared to support evolving healthcare and assistive technologies.
