Jeff Cook
Founder & PrincipalJeff is NTI's Founder and Principal. From 1998 to 2021, Jeff was Managing Principal, and grew the company into a thought leader for low voltage design, with a portfolio of over 2,000 projects. Jeff remains a Principal, a subject matter expert and a mentor for NTI's staff of consultants.
Scott Dupuis
Managing PrincipalAs NTI's Managing Principal, Scott is responsible for all aspects of NTI's consulting and design services and quality assurance processes. Scott joined NTI in 1999 and became Managing Principal in 2022. Scott is also a mentor for NTI's design and production staff.
James Lingle
PrincipalJames is a Principal at NTI who joined NTI in 2019. James brought 25 years of experience to NTI when he joined our team. His extensive experience includes his roles as an information technology executive and a subject matter expert in hospitality technology.
Ilya Rapoport
Associate PrincipalIlya is an Associate Principal. When Ilya joined NTI in 2005, he had 20 years of experience in low voltage design and fiber optic research. While at NTI, Ilya has provided low-voltage design, project management and construction administration services across numerous market segments.

NTI was founded in 1998 by Jeff Cook and his partners to provide professional commercial technology consultation services.
Jeff was ahead of his time in recognizing the emerging need for informed expertise for the technologies that rely on a low voltage infrastructure.
The NTI senior management team has grown into thought leaders in the low voltage industry, with over 100 years of collective expertise. Our collective staff hold industry designations such as RCDD, RCDD/NTS, CTS, CTS-D, and PMP.
NTI’s team of professionals design the structured cabling, wireless systems, security systems and audio visual systems for multiple industries.
Our services include consulting for technology (low voltage) systems , coordinated design, design documentation, procurement management, vendor installation oversight, peer reviews and commissioning.
