Backed by NTI’s specialized consulting, this project uses a unified digital backbone to deliver reliable, high-speed connectivity across high-traffic co-working spaces, 8,000 square feet of meeting space, and expansive outdoor amenities like the saline pool and event lawn—maximizing property efficiency and elevating the modern traveler’s experience.
NTI served as the technology consultant for the new AC Hotel and Element by Westin dual-brand development in the Norterra neighborhood. This 4-story project reimagines the modern guest experience, integrating 277 keys across two distinct brands: the sophisticated 182-room AC Hotel and the lifestyle-focused 95-room Element, which offers extended-stay living with fully equipped kitchens. The design creates a seamless flow through high-tech public and amenity spaces.
At the heart of the destination is 8,000 square feet of versatile meeting space and a retail zone, anchoring the property’s role as a vibrant hub within a site spanning more than 1,000 acres. Outdoor lifestyle features—including a saline pool with private cabanas and an expansive event lawn—elevate the property’s appeal, positioning it as a premier destination for both relaxation and social gatherings. F & B concepts—including a refined bar—maximize revenue potential while enhancing the property’s lifestyle appeal.
