We integrated essential technical hubs seamlessly into the architecture, adding dedicated forensic spaces, private consultation office, and a functional team briefing conference room. Outside, the facility maintains a professional and discreet profile with secure transition areas and private family reception spaces, while an on-site records center serves both the investigative and medical departments.

We engineered a high-performance, secure environment by managing the entire lifecycle from tech planning to full-scale rollout. Technology Design
Our team engineered the core infrastructure by drafting detailed drawings and specifications for cabling pathways, equipment rooms, and precise power and HVAC requirements. Cabling System
We implemented a premium backbone of robust copper and fiber optic cabling to support the facility’s sophisticated operational needs. This high-performance network powers critical core voice and data applications, including the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) terminals. The resulting infrastructure delivers seamless coverage and reliable, building-wide wireless access for both guests and staff.
Security & Life Safety
Our detailed specs provided full hardware specifications and elevations for high-definition cameras, monitoring stations, and digital video recorders (DVRs). This meticulous layout achieves full oversight, ensuring continuous monitoring of both public and private spaces. To ensure comprehensive protection, we integrated a multi-layered solution featuring CCTV, card access systems, and duress alarms at strategic entry points.
Construction Administration
