Client Objective
Greenberg Traurig’s growth in Colorado led them to move to a new state-of-the-art office space in downtown Denver. Their new 41,000 sf office occupies 2 floors in the first new Class-A office tower that rises into the Denver skyline in over 30 years. The 40-story tower was built by Hines and completed in 2018
NTI provided the design services for the project which was managed by NTI’s parent company ASD, Inc. Their Denver office is one of 41 locations in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the middle east, which collectively employs approximately 2,100 attorneys.
NTI Solutions
Facility Technology Design – NTI designed and produced drawings and specifications for the IT/TV infrastructure by coordinating with the design team and the ownership group. Our drawings provided the detail for all the “Information Transport System” (ITS) elements, including the cabling, technology equipment rooms, cabling pathways, power and HVAC requirements, etc. The completed ITS serves as the information highway for all data, security, TV, AV, and wireless systems for the new facility.
Security – NTI also designed the CCTV and card access systems. The CCTV system design includes specifications and elevations for security cameras, monitors, alarm systems for perimeter doors, and DVR units.
Construction Administration – During the construction phase, NTI personnel responded to RFIs regarding the technology systems’ build-out in compliance to the design intent.
From concept through implementation, we worked closely with the Greenberg Traurig team to ensure that the new facility was capable of addressing tomorrow’s technology challenges today.
