Our team engineered the core infrastructure by drafting detailed drawings and specifications for cabling pathways, equipment rooms, and precise power and HVAC requirements. Every element of the design adhered strictly to globally recognized ANSI, TIA/EIA, and BICSI standards. Cabling System
We implemented a premium backbone of robust copper and fiber optic cabling to support the center’s dynamic technological needs. This high-performance network powers critical site-wide data applications and administrative systems while supporting high-bandwidth recreation. The resulting infrastructure delivers seamless coverage and reliable, building-wide wireless access for both students and staff.
Security & Life Safety
Our detailed specs provided full hardware specifications and elevations for high-definition cameras, monitoring stations, and digital video recorders (DVRs). This meticulous layout achieves full oversight, ensuring continuous monitoring of activity areas and entry points to maintain a safe environment for all youth. To ensure comprehensive protection, we integrated a multi-layered solution featuring CCTV and smart card access systems at strategic locations.
Construction Administration
We provided ongoing technical support by responding to all technical RFIs, ensuring the original design intent was fully realized. This diligent oversight helped deliver a future-proof, collaborative facility prepared to adapt to evolving educational and recreational technology.
