Client Objective
ASD® has been selected as the technology consultant for several Brightview Senior Living projects. As the design division of ASD®, NTI has provided the Division 27 & 28 system design for the Brightview projects, including Brightview Columbia, MD.
Brightview Assisted Living in Columbia, MD, has a Garden Level, terrace Level, and four floors. The building comprises ~190,000 GSF and contains 170 living units (approximately 10 unit types) with support space. Support space includes the lobby/reception, admin offices, café, multipurpose room, dining rooms, theater, library and computer room, bar, billiard room, salon, and fitness space.
NTI Solutions
Planning & Design – Planning and designing the technology infrastructure for data/voice, security, MATV/CATV cabling, security, audio visual, and control systems.
Cabling Design – We provided design for everything from the layout of the equipment room to outlet details. Also delivered construction documents for hardwired and wireless systems.
Audio Visual – Created AV plans based on client direction, including construction documents and recommendations for specific solutions.
Security – We designed systems specific to the project’s defined objective, including intrusion detection and CCTV.
MATV/CATV – We designed the infrastructure, including required junction boxes, TV locations, splitters, taps, and amplifiers.
