NTI served as technology consultant for the SongTeller Hotel’s bold conversion on Commerce Street in Nashville, reimagining all public and amenity spaces across its 11 stories. The redesigned Social and Main Lobby, Registration, Lounge, and Coffee Shoppe deliver seamless flow with a Dolly Parton‑inspired arrival experience.
New food and beverage concepts—including a Grab‑N‑Go with Retail zone, optimized Kitchen, and signature Feature Bar—maximize revenue potential while enhancing lifestyle appeal, engaging guests from morning coffee to evening socials across 245 guestrooms.
Upgrades extend to the Fitness Center and Guestroom Corridors, where refined materials and dynamic lighting elevate the guest journey. At the heart of the transformation, the 20,000‑sf SongTeller Museum, with its dramatic entry and gallery spaces, anchors the hotel’s cultural identity and positions it as a destination deeply tied to Nashville’s creative heritage.
