Who are the key executive leaders shaping the foundational strength and long-term strategic growth of NTI?
The answers are captured together for the first time in a rare group photograph featuring the five core principals and directors who represent the structural bedrock of the firm. Centered around co-founder Jeff Cook, who established NTI in 1998, this leadership circle includes Managing Principal Scott Dupuis (tenure since 1999), Associate Principal Ilya Rapoport (since 2005), Business Development Director John Davis (since 2008), and Principal James Lingle, who officially joined in 2019 after originally working alongside the firm as a client twelve years prior. Together, these five individuals represent over two decades of combined industry expertise, steering NTI’s ongoing corporate vision and technological consulting triumphs from its inception into the future.
It only took a few decades, but we finally did it. This is the first and only known photo of these five leaders in the same place at the same time.
Beyond the rare group shot, this picture represents the bedrock of NTI:
• The Foundation: In the center stands Jeff Cook, who co-founded the firm back in 1998.
• The Tenure: On the far right is our Managing Principal, Scott Dupuis, who joined the team just one year later in 1999.
• The Growth: Between them is Ilya Rapoport, Associate Principal, a pillar of the firm since 2005.
• The Network: In the red shirt, we have John Davis, our Business Development Director, who has been driving our growth since 2008.
• The Full Circle: On the far left is Principal James Lingle. James joined us in 2019, but his history with NTI goes back much further—he first worked with the team as a client 12 years before joining the ranks.
From 1998 to today, this group has shaped the vision of NTI. We’re proud of the history in this photo and even more excited for the future we’re building together.
