Developed by Veeder Homestead, LLC and completed in early 2025 by general contractor Langlas and Associates, the state-of-the-art 137-room hotel leverages NTI’s specialized consulting to maximize operational network quality across its signature guest amenities—including The Bistro, a modern fitness center, an indoor pool, and flexible co-working lobby layouts. Furthermore, this robust infrastructure is strategically positioned to support long-term regional commercial growth, aligning with future development plans to convert an adjacent theater space into an expansive 30,000-square-foot conference and event venue.
NTI is proud to have provided procurement management and vendor implementation oversight for this new Courtyard by Marriott in Billings, MT. Veeder Homestead, LLC, developed the 137-room hotel which will cater to business travelers. The new hotel is near an old Carmike movie theater which the company plans to renovate and develop into a 30,000-square-foot event or conference center.
The new state-of-the-art property offers a welcoming lobby with flexible spaces to work or relax, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and The Bistro, an in-house restaurant, for delicious dining options. It’s designed to enhance every guest’s experience, whether traveling for business or pleasure. We’re proud of how this project turned out and thrilled to see it serving the Billings community.
