Brightview Senior Living opened up a new facility in Columbia, MD on September 21, 2021. This facility includes a Garden Level, terrace Level, and four floors. The building comprises ~190,000 GSF and contains 170 living units (approximately 10 unit types) with support spaces. Support space includes the lobby/reception, admin offices, café, multipurpose room, dining rooms, theater, library and computer room, bar, billiard room, salon, and fitness space.
