From initial planning to physical rollout, we engineered this environment for peak performance and safety. We deployed a scalable structured cabling system to ensure flawless voice, data, and Wi-Fi coverage across all private units and social hubs. This system integrates a complete security suite featuring strategic CCTV coverage and smart access control.

Technology Design
We engineered full architectural plans and precise parameters for equipment rooms, cable pathways, with HVAC and power loads. Every design is strictly aligned with international ANSI, TIA/EIA, and BICSI standards to guarantee compliance. These efforts created a rock-solid infrastructure to support the property’s wireless, security, television, and data systems.
Cabling System
Our team deployed a high-capacity fiber optic and copper backbone to sustain the site’s advanced operational demands. This network actively runs vital data and voice applications, including the Point of Sale (POS) hardware and Property Management System (PMS) terminals. Furthermore, it supplies reliable, continuous Wi-Fi access to all residents across the property.
Security & Life Safety
We executed a multi-layered security plan by placing duress alarms, card access networks, and comprehensive CCTV setups at critical access points. We delivered detailed elevations and hardware data for digital video recorders (DVRs), central monitoring stations, and high-definition cameras. This strategic mapping allows for the unbroken monitoring of both restricted and common areas.
Construction Administration
We performed quality reviews to confirm that the assigned contractor executed the work exactly as our documentation required. Our team also actively fielded technical RFIs to ensure the finished property fully honored our original vision. Ultimately, this oversight yielded a highly collaborative facility prepared to integrate future technological shifts.
