Client Objective

The Ritz Carlton New York Nomad reflects the Ritz Carlton image, providing guests and residents with genuine care and comfort. They pledge to provide “the finest personal service and facilities to [their] guests who will always enjoy a warm, relaxed, yet refined ambience.”

This mixed-use hotel and residential project is located in the NoMad area (North of Madison) of New York City and is adjacent to an emerging hub for creative companies and technology firms.

NTI was selected by the owner to provide technology consultation, design and construction administration for this wonderful hotel and branded residences.

Branded residences have been around over 100 years and have been exploding in the hospitality market for the last 35 years. Branded residences are a great opportunity for people who would like to own a residence in a luxury destination hotel where they have access to the luxurious amenities offered by an upscale hotel. And if they so choose, they can allow the hotel to rent out that residence during times when they are not there.

The Ritz Carlton New York NoMad is a 38 story building filled with gorgeous, high end, guestrooms and state of the art amenities. The hotel is home to a landscaped plaza, lobby, meeting rooms, ballroom, restaurants, and a beautiful terrace. It is also home to two five-star restaurants. The hotel has 250 guestrooms, along with 16 residences, and a rooftop bar that overlooks the city, plus a spa, and fitness center.

The Ritz-Carlton has been around since 1927 as a sign of elegance, providing guests with a gorgeous atmosphere, lovely amenities, and an environment of upscale services at every corner. In 1998, the successful Ritz-Carlton brand was purchased by Marriott International.

NTI was pleased to be part of this new Ritz-Carlton, working for the owner as their technology consultant on the project.
