NTI was proud to be a part of the Design Team for the Austin Marriott Downtown, which just opened on March 4, 2021. This 30- floor hotel is over 600,000 GSF with 588 rooms and 25 suites.
Known as an "urban retreat" this hotel also includes a two-level lobby bar, over 60,000 sf of meeting space, 18 meeting rooms, a signature restaurant called Corinne, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool that has some awesome views! See below for some more cool pictures.
