The third floor of Offshore, Festival Hall, boasts an all-season/all-weather deck and features a luminous bar, kitchen, terraces, fire pits, entertainment and gaming area, and social gathering spaces. The nation’s largest rooftop bar offers panoramic lakefront and city views from atop Navy Pier Festival Hall. The space features a full-service kitchen, creative cocktails, cozy fire pits, and lounge seating.
Navy Pier is a 3,300-foot-long pier on the shoreline of Lake Michigan, located in the Streeterville neighborhood of the Near North Side community area in Chicago.
