The Crawford hotel is an example of an NTI adaptive reuse project on which we are proud to have been selected as the technology consultant.
Sage Hospitality announced their new 112-room hotel at Union Station will be the Crawford Hotel. It’s named in honor of Dana Crawford, a historic preservationist and developer responsible for the development and preservation of Larimer Square in Lower Downtown Denver.
The new Crawford Hotel has the best buzz in Denver, largely because it will double as a train depot. Located in the newly renovated Union Station in downtown Denver, the hotel will sit above the main train terminal, home to ten bars and restaurants. If you’re looking for a place to escape the rush of downtown Denver, the Crawford Hotel is not the place to do it. There is no doubt that Union Station will be an instant destination.
Dominating the scene in the “lobby” will be a Terminal Bar. The bar will open out into the actual terminal. Shuffleboard courts are planned for the middle of the main room.
